4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases, subject to the following conditions:
- You must request the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You must not have consumed more than 40% course content. If you have purchased a package of 2 or 3 courses, you must not have consumed more than 40% of any of the courses from the package.
- You must not have previously requested a refund for the same product.
Refunds will always be issued to the same account and using the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 days of the request being approved.
